However what was available was on the pricey side, hence she decided to make them on her own and soon the demand for them led to the creation of Singapore Lactation Bakes (SLB).

Price: From S$6.50 per 100g.

Ordering information: A minimum order of 600g is required. Orders are to be made two to four working days in advance. Delivery is available at S$3 per location and is free for orders above S$80.

M3 Milk Making Mummy

M3 Milk Making Mummy’s founder Farah Noor started making halal lactation cookies when she found herself needing help to produce more breastmilk in 2014. As Farah personally bakes each batch of cookies that go out, the flavours can be customised and she only uses organic ingredients.

Ordering information: Orders need to be made two to three days in advance. Self-collection is available and delivery is offered weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays nights.

Mummy Zara Hardie started experimenting with baking lactation cookies while she was pregnant with her first child, and while she was breastfeeding, she realised that they really helped her milk production and started sharing them with other mummies. To keep things interesting, she introduces new flavours every month.

Tasked by her sister who had just given birth to bake lactation cookies, Simone Wang realised how expensive off the shelf lactation cookies were and decided to start making them for other mummies who were looking for affordable alternatives.
